One-to-one session

Forest therapy is an evidence-based practice that originated in Japan. In this holistic forest counseling session, you are guided by a forest counselor. The personalized session blends a number of modern  therapies, as well as lifestyle coaching or traditional techniques adapting to the needs and likes of the client. This is an immersive walk and experience in a forest or natural environment where you are guided through the paths and trails once used as ascetic training. As you deepen your connection and immerse your senses and tune into the forest, nature becomes the theater of your holistic healing journey, blending mental, physical and spiritual activities. How Forest Counseling works?

We know that most chronic diseases are lifestyle related. We are unfortunately mostly concerned about the symptoms and how to block them rather than looking deeper into why the symptoms. But blocking symptoms doesn’t solve the underlying issue, and blocking them especially for long periods of time often creates new problems. Japanese forest therapy has a natural and holistic approach, combining a forest environment, movements, mental practices and education. Forest therapy puts back our body and soul to our natural habitat which normalizes our body and mental functions so that healing can start from within. The forest counselor will help you integrate the practice into your daily life through personalized advice so that you can continue the healing process back home.
